10 Gföllner - Innovation by spirit of research The Austrian company is involved in several business sectors: vehicle construction, container loading and air-conditioning technology. In 2018 the company gene- rated sales of 49 million Euro, 60% of which come from their international business. With 300 employees Gföll- ner is one of the most popular employers in its region. Through innovation and constant research, both of which are very important to Gföllner, they consistently use their ideas for new projects, ultimately resulting in saleable products. One such example would be the “Cocobello“, a container with the ability to change its cubature, mainly used for advertising. Independent or autonomous energy supply is a subject of great import- ance globally and with this is mind the team at Gföllner created a container with batteries that can be powered by solar and wind power as well as diesel. Continuous cooperation Initially, Gföllner was looking for simple IN/OUT bookings, however, ZEUS® offers much more than that. Expanding their system with the ZEUS® Production Data Capture (PDC) module was the logical and worthwhile next step for them. The ISGUS PDC module creates an overall perspective and transparency when it comes to production. The recorded total process times form the basis of calculation for all important company resources, such as capital, personnel, equipment and supplies. All productive and non-productive times are constantly being evaluated and transferred to the payroll accoun- ting and used for cost calculation.
