5 As with previous generations the ISGUS IT 8210 is web based, provided with an easy-to-use and intuitive touch- screen, setting new standards in Time & Attendance and Workforce Management. In addition to standard T&A functions such as IN & OUT, information on personal flexitime balances, overtime totals, etc., the new IT 8210 terminal offers significant value through functions, which have only been accessible via a PC to date. Digitisation does not end at the recording level Employees without an own PC are able to request their absences and apply for totals or booking updates, see their service plans, swap their shifts with other teammembers, or receive push messages for different reasons. This is enabled by the “online Apps”, which are intelligently interacting between the ISGUS hard- and software. Also the handling of the 7” touchscreen colour-display is very easy. Supervisors can approve or disapprove workflow requests, or retrieve analyses direc- tly from the terminal.
