All modules of the ISGUS Workforce Management solution are designed to enable employees to record their working hours, capture project times as well as production data or open barriers and doors through reliable identification either via transponder, smartphone, digital fingerprint or face recognition.
The classic method of identification is contactless, simply by presenting an individually designed security badge or transponder at the ISGUS terminals and access readers. The transponder-based identification allows employees to benefit from advanced functions such as intuitive workflows or retrieval of up-to-the minute information directly at the terminal. Additionally, the smart ISGUS terminals are fully accessible to visually impaired people. And last but not least, there is a solution for all those who tend to forget their transponder at home, because there is one thing everyone always has at hand: one’s own smartphone!
The ISGUS app “ZEUS® smartID” provides your employees with a convenient way to punch with their smartphone via Bluetooth (BLE) at all ISGUS terminals. The greater range compared to the conventional transponder method increases the ease-of-use even further. This is particularly interesting for access control applications where rolling gates and barriers need to be opened from greater distances. And what about identification without transponders? No problem – this is where the biometrics from ISGUS come into play. Unambiguous identification is possible either via fingerprint or face recognition. With the touchless terminal IT 8210 FR, two full HD cameras complemented by an infrared camera for live recognition working in parallel ensure secure and reliable recognition – even with mask. This method takes less than 0.8 seconds, ensuring rapid identification.
With ZEUS® mobile, time management functions, like the Presence Indicator Board with its useful filter options or the intuitive shift swap function, can be used anywhere via smartphone or tablet. Of course, this app can also be used to reliably record working hours and project times—if desired, in a previously defined “geofence”. In doing so, the user enjoys the same comfort and convenience on the smartphone as on any ISGUS terminal.
Last but not least, employees can optionally record their working hours in “My ZEUS®” on any web terminal simply by calling up TAM Time & Attendance via a browser of their choice. To put it in a nutshell: ISGUS can offer the ideal solution for your individual business needs and specific prevailing operating conditions—whether in the office, in manufacturing environments or as a professional solution in the area of home office work or for use in branch offices. By creating considerable optimisation and cost reduction potentials, this ensures that no time nor money is wasted, especially in challenging times like these.
